How does ChartMind analyze charts?
ChartMind uses advanced AI (GPT-4 Vision) to analyze your chart images. When you take a
photo or upload an image, our AI identifies the trading symbol, timeframe, price levels,
patterns, and trends. It then fetches real-time market data and calculates technical
indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, etc.) to provide you with a comprehensive analysis.
Is ChartMind free to use?
Yes! ChartMind offers a free tier with up to 3 analyses per day. Premium subscribers get
expanded limits, additional features like pattern recognition, risk calculations, and
multi-timeframe analysis. You can upgrade anytime from the app.
What markets and assets are supported?
ChartMind supports 5,000+ assets across multiple markets: Crypto (Binance, Gate.io, OKX,
etc.), US Stocks (NYSE, NASDAQ), Turkish Stocks (BIST), UK Stocks (LSE), German Stocks
(XETRA), Forex, and more. The AI can recognize charts from any trading platform or website.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
Our AI achieves 95%+ accuracy in chart symbol recognition and price level detection.
Technical indicators are calculated using standard financial formulas with real-time market
data. However, remember that all analysis is for educational purposes — markets are
inherently unpredictable.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Chart images are processed for analysis only and automatically deleted within 24
hours. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal
information. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Why does the app need camera permission?
The camera permission allows you to take photos of charts displayed on other screens (like
your computer monitor) for instant AI analysis. This is optional — you can always upload
charts from your gallery instead. The camera is used exclusively for chart capture and
nothing else.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ChartMind → Cancel.
Android: Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → ChartMind → Cancel.
You can also manage your subscription from the Profile tab in the app.

The analysis shows "UNKNOWN" symbol. What should I do?
This happens when the AI can't identify the trading symbol from the chart image. For best
results:
• Ensure the chart clearly shows the symbol name (top-left corner)
• Take the photo straight-on, avoiding angles
• Minimize screen reflections and glare
• Use good lighting conditions
• Make sure the entire chart is visible in the frame
